Chongqing Fengdu Mingfu Industrial Co., Ltd., established in 1994, is located at No. 8, Linjiang Road, Gaojia Town, Fengdu County, Chongqing. It is one of the largest food processing and exporting enterprises in Southwest China, specializing in scallions. On July 31, 2003, it obtained an import and export enterprise qualification certificate. In 2008, the company's scallion planting base obtained the registration of export vegetable bases. In October 2010, it completed the registration of export food production enterprises. On June 10, 2011, it obtained the HACCP certification certificate, which remains valid to this day. The company has adopted the model of "cooperative+base+farmers+company", and has formed an economic interest with the Xiuqiong Chinese Scallion Cooperative in Fengdu County. It also has a 1300 acre export vegetable filing base, which increases the average income of nearly 1000 households by tens of thousands of yuan per year.
