Congratulations to Mingfu Industry on passing the factory inspection audit of the Korea Food and Drug Administration!
For nearly 40 years, Mingfu Industry, as the largest shallot processing and exporting enterprise in Southwest China, has passed the factory inspection audit of the Korea Food and Drug Administration!
In international trade, all countries have strict safety standards for imported food. Only food that meets these standards can enter their market. Even so, countries still regularly conduct cross-border factory inspections of food companies.
On June 26, a delegation of MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) inspectors from South Korea visited Mingfu Industry's factory. Accompanied by General Manager Xiao Lilei and other staff, they toured the office building, laboratory, and production and supporting facilities. In the meeting room, Xiao Lilei presented a detailed explanation of the company's history, various qualifications, scale, product lines, and production processes to the inspectors. Subsequently, the inspection team went into the production workshop and conducted a rigorous review and assessment of 75 audit items, including external environmental hygiene management, workplace hygiene management, food production facilities and equipment management, raw material management, production processing flow (process) management, product quality inspection and warehousing management, employee qualifications and hygiene, and ancillary facilities. Except for a few minor items requiring improvement, the other inspection results passed the MFDS factory inspection audit and received high recognition from the inspectors.
Having exported scallions for nearly 40 years, Mingfu Industry, as the largest scallion processing and exporting enterprise in Southwest China, has always adhered to safe and hygienic production. This successful audit signifies that Mingfu Industry's factory continues to meet the stringent standards for export food safety in terms of quality management, production standards, and social responsibility systems. With its good food safety reputation and international competitiveness, Mingfu Industry's products are expected to further expand their share in the international market, improving export efficiency and creating more foreign exchange and social value.
