Mingfu Industry showcased at the 2025 FOODEX JAPAN Food and Beverage Exhibition
In March, Mr. Xiao Lilei, General Manager of Mingfu Industry, and his team participated in the FOODEX JAPAN 2025, a leading food and beverage exhibition in Asia attracting producers, suppliers, buyers, and industry experts from around the world.
On March 11, Mr. Xiao Lilei, General Manager of Mingfu Industry, along with his team, participated in the Japan Food and Beverage Exhibition 2025・FOODEX JAPAN. This exhibition is one of Asia's innovative food and beverage exhibitions, attracting producers, suppliers, buyers, and industry experts from all over the world. The exhibition was large in scale, with approximately 1500 exhibitors participating. Our sweet and sour scallion series products, upon debut, received unanimous praise and recognition from procurement agents, retailers, and food service operators from various countries and regions.

Mingfu Industry is one of the larger food processing and exporting enterprises in Chongqing that focuses primarily on scallions. On July 31, 2003, it obtained an import and export enterprise qualification certificate. In 2008, the company's scallion planting base obtained the registration for export vegetable bases. In October 2010, it completed the registration for export food production enterprises. On June 10, 2011, it obtained the HACCP certification certificate, which is still valid. On November 22, 2012, it successfully obtained the HALAL certification for halal food, which is still valid. In 2017, the company was named one of the top 100 growth-oriented agricultural product processing enterprises in Chongqing. In the same year, the company's scallion planting base was also selected as a national demonstration area for the quality and safety of export food and agricultural products.
